The inspiration for On the Way to Malta came from a message Pastor Andre Van Zyl shared at our church about Malta.

We all have seasons in life when we find ourselves in a place we never expected to be—a situation we can't explain or understand. These are our “Malta” experiences.

Malta means honey and sweet, and just as God gave His people a sweet experience in a place they never intended to be, He can transform our unexpected places into something beautiful.

God can turn our “Malta” into a honeycomb.

The journey may be rough, but we can fix our eyes on His promises and trust that He is working even when we cannot see it. The place of our greatest defeat can become the place of our sweetest victory.
