One Sunday morning, my friend Jessica received a vision from the Holy Spirit. As she shared it, God gave me the inspiration to bring that vision to life through this painting.

The message was this:

Jesus said that when you walk in Him—in the fullness of Christ—one step at a time, everything along the path behind you begins to spring forth with life.

​

What was once dead becomes like a garden, testifying to the life you now live in Him. It was a beautiful picture: just one step at a time, walking in Him.

​

You don't have to see the entire path ahead. You simply have to keep walking in the fullness of Christ that He purchased for you.

​

And everything you thought had been robbed from you—everything that seemed lost, barren, or beyond restoration—is about to come forth and flourish in the name of Jesus.

​

That is the heart behind Bringer of New Life: a reminder that as we continue to walk with Him, what lies behind us can become a testimony of the life He has brought forth.
